Eligibility Requirements
Any MU faculty or staff member involved in the direct delivery of advising services as part of their job responsibilities to MU undergraduate students can be nominated. The nominee need not be an Advisors Forum member.
Goal
To recognize our advising colleagues who have demonstrated the qualities associated with outstanding undergraduate student advising. While we can’t celebrate each other in person, the Advisors Forum Sunshine Statements were created to shine a light on the excellent work of our friends and colleagues. Let’s celebrate the contributions of advising and student support services at Mizzou!

Award
No monetary or physical award will be given, but we hope the monthly announcements bring brightness to everyone.

Sunshine Statements are specifically for advising colleagues to celebrate each other.
Presentation of Sunshine Statements
Sunshine Statements will be recognized on the first of each month on the Advisors Forum Listserv.
